Sounds good. But what does it mean to you?
We start by finding out how your business operates in order to understand your goals. Space planning and design, project management and cost consultancy ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish and our extensive knowledge of the interiors market means that we will specify exactly the right product. Each element will be clearly explained with a detailed specification, and costs agreed in advance. And our project management team will ensure that every aspect is delivered to the highest quality, on time and on budget.
Well designed spaces inspire creativity and promote better working practices. So once we’ve seen your space, we identify the needs of your business and your staff. Our interior designers will then create a scheme that not only stands the test of time, but also offers the most sustainable solution. Then we use the very latest CAD and 3D rendering software to help you understand the philosophy of our design.
Whether it’s open plan or cellular space, or a combination of both, our team will capture that vision and create the perfect space for you. So that plain old space becomes something special… it becomes your space.
You may have noticed our logo is green. But our environmental commitments go much deeper. Eos Interiors can help you do your bit for the environment in the most cost-effective way. From advice on carbon reduction, to a full BREEAM or Ska registered scheme (saving of up to 25% on your annual energy consumption) we can help.
Through considered design, we reduce the impact that each scheme makes on the environment. And BREEAM or Ska pre-assessments are available for every project, ensuring the very best rating is achievable. Our aim is to minimise the environmental impact of both our business and yours.
An efficiently designed mechanical and electrical installation will benefit both the environment and your costs. Eos Interiors can design and install the very latest in comfort cooling, or full air conditioning, offering incredible energy savings. We can easily adapt your existing mechanical installation, and our in-house engineers will also look after all of your public health and sanitary installations.
Our designers can create an LG7 lighting scheme to enhance your working area, or a welcoming scheme to suit breakout space and meeting rooms. And our NICEIC approved project management team can design an entire electrical installation, including small power, data, telecoms and access control. We make sure the things you can’t see work as well as the things you can.
Choosing the right furniture is key to a successful scheme. We have access to all the major manufacturers of commercial office furniture such as Herman Miller, Senator, Orangebox and Allermuir. Whatever your budget, our design department will specify and procure the best furniture solution for you, from desking and seating to meeting and break out furniture. And to get it to you, we offer a full delivery and installation service.
As well as this, we can carry out a filing audit and help you to find the best storage and filing solutions. And if you decide to keep your existing furniture, we can also help with your move management.
You want everything to go to plan. So do we.
Our project managers and design team will provide everything you need, from a full set of construction drawings to a schedule and programme of works. They can also take care of everything from planning or building regulations and contract documents to health & safety and CDM regulations. We’ll meet with you as often as you wish during the work to update you on progress and keep you in the picture on everything from on-site health & safety to project costs. We’ll also monitor quality control through our site foremen, site managers and project managers. So when everything is completed, you can be sure your project will be handed over snag free. Job done.
