We carried out this sympathetic renovation project for Calthorpe Estates through Malcolm Hollis LLP. The project included the removal of an old fire escape staircase and the design and installation of a new powder coated steel staircase. A unique and considered approach to access allowed the project to be undertaken with scaffolding, resulting in a quicker delivery and a more secure site.
