Eos Interiors were commissioned to isolate and strip out this 45,000 office building. The removal of all of the internal finishes back to the original shell as well as the specialist removal of the 20 year old roof top plant allows for the landlord to offer a completely bespoke fit out for potential occupiers. Until that time he also benefits from void rates on the entire 45,000 square feet. Careful project planning and a clear understanding of the safe isolation of mechanical & electrical services ensured that this project was a complete success.
