A turnkey design and build project for Solihull Care Trust, delivering new ways of working and innovative use of space allowing shared use of workspace, whilst maintaining individual secure personal storage and filing requirements. Clever use of space and finishes resulted in a fully co-ordinated scheme, so that users can interact with their working environment from any workstation.

This project required a strip out back to shell with new Category A finishes, including new suspended ceilings, lighting and comfort cooling.

“Part of our Health Visiting Transformation Project, the Shirley Clinic scheme demonstrated that by careful application of well developed design criteria and a clear understanding of the technology and telephony needs of contemporary work settings, a challenging piece of real estate can be converted into a hub of service excellence.”
Richard Whitehouse, Head of Estates, Solihull Care Trust
