We recently completed work on a refit of the NASUWT headquarters in Birmingham. NASUWT fully embraced the ‘New ways of working’ philosophy on this project, which included new furniture and clever use of storage. An added complication was that the client requested no downtime – we had to make sure the staff were able to go about their jobs without disruption while we did ours.
“Eos were really good – always available, very hands-on. Any hitches were dealt with the minute I contacted them. There weren’t any issues at all. We’ve actually now got the potential to accommodate even more staff if we were to expand again. We have ‘hot desks’ to accommodate colleagues visiting from all over the country. We can video conference from out new meeting rooms, and work or go online using the interactive whiteboards. It’s a much nicer working environment, down to some things as simple as people having somewhere to hang their coats up. It’s tidier, more businesslike, we’ve got more space; it’s definitely delivered.”
