We were called on by Vantage Asset Management to help them ‘breathe a bit of life’ into Bray House. We decided that a refresh of the reception and toilets of this multi tenanted building in Maidenhead would help with marketing to potential tenants whilst delivering a high quality refurbishment to existing ones.

We wanted to present a scheme that delivered high quality finishes with a muted palette, and a combination of textures and complimentary finishes, from porcelain walls and floors to bespoke stone resin wash hand troughs and wall panelling. The new structural glass balustrade delivers tenants to the first floor with a bit more drama and style, and new feature lighting adds a bit of theatre and helps to punctuate the spaces.

We  are always looking for solutions to problems, and the addition of jet nozzles to the bulkhead will help heat this double height reception efficiently and evenly. The reception desk and TV unit were designed and commissioned by us and combine man made stone resins with back lit acrylic. We think they deliver a stunning focal point for visitors. Vantage wanted us to help them with the marketing of the vacant first floor, so we came up with a few space planning options for them. We can even deliver 3D rendered images of the floor plates to help potential tenants visualise the space.
